Couple Goran and Sven's application has been approved but the problem is that there aren't any babies available for adoption for gay parents. One day, the couple has been informed of an opportunity to adopt a Swedish orphan described as "Patrik 1.5." The two are so exhilarated to learn the good news but when Patrik shows up, he is not exactly the baby the couple has in mind. A comma has been misplaced in the description of the adopted child who is actually a fifteen-year old homophobe with criminal history.

The stress of the situation brings out the tensions and anxieties that the family members have been quietly bearing for years. Danny's mother (Glenn Close) grows closer to her son through the tragedy. His father (David Strathairn) struggles with the reality of his son's life and illness.

One weekend, Jérémy (Arnaud Binard) pays a surprise visit to his parents Rosine and Guy (Charlotte de Turckheim et Bernard Le Coq). In general, the visit went smoothly and everything is fine until the departure when Jérémy finally decides to reveal the real motive of his visit: that he had moved in with Marc (Pierre Deny), the man whom he loves. After confessing that he is actually a homosexual, he took the train immediately back to Paris leaving his parents in total shock. Questions and doubts come to them: Who knows? Since when? Why has he hidden it from them for a long time? As the day of meeting Jérémy's sweetheart fast approaches, the more they ask themselves questions that cause more damage to the injury. They accuse one another of knowing their son's secret and never having shared that knowledge. Disputes worsen and what seems concrete before is turning hollow... Only Robin (Olivier Guéritée) knows what is really going on.

The History Boys (2007)

The story is set in a boys' grammar school in Sheffield in 1983. Crowther (Samuel Anderson), Posner (Samuel Barnett), Dakin (Dominic Cooper), Timms (James Corden), Akthar (Sacha Dhawan), Lockwood (Andrew Knott), Scripps (Jamie Parker), and Rudge (Russell Tovey) have recently obtained the school's highest ever A-level scores and are hoping to enter Oxford or Cambridge, taking a seventh-term entrance exam in History. The General Studies teacher, known by staff and boys alike by his nickname "Hector" (Richard Griffiths), is their favourite and works alongside their deputy head and regular History teacher, Mrs. Lintott (Frances de la Tour). Le Hasard Fait Bien Les Choses (2002) As Luck Would Have It

Jean-Pierre Muller (Jean-Claude Brialy), un professeur d'université, à l'apogée de sa carrière pour tout le monde. Jean-Pierre est un homme marié, discret, modeste, aux mœurs irréprochables. Jean-Pierre Muller (Jean-Claude Brialy), a University professor who is in the height of his career is a married, discreet, modest man of practically good but blameless morals. His lover Armando begs him to just be himself and to stop making pretension so that they could always be happy. In fact he even got into an "arranged marriage" with immigration-troubled Alice just to please his late mother. When Jean-Pierre learns that he is forced to become the guardian of Antoine (Julien Bravo), he made a petition to the judge who says that the case would be investigated by a social welfare and will take about three months. Threatened by any surprised visits and fearing that his double life will be out in the open, Jean-Pierre decides to ask Alice for help - to pretend that they are happily married. When Alice moves in, Ana (Elena Noverraz) the Housekeeper finds it so difficult to manage the presence of the new inhabitants of the house but she is happy for Jean-Pierre, the man she highly respects and would always be happy to work for...
