Young Chinese businessman Daniel Chang who is already in his twenties still lives with his mother in San Francisco who is so desperate to see him get married soon as she is longing to be a granny. As a traditional Chinese mother, she spends so much time finding the right Chinese woman for Daniel but unknown to her, her son is gay. When she recruits a new lodger for their flat downstairs, Daniel finds himself falling for Robert, the hot Southern boy who has moved to the big city. The attraction seems to be mutual but Daniel cannot make any advances under his mother’s nose.
